About This Series

The UK Chronicles documents a photographer’s expedition through Northumberland in late summer 2024. Post by post, the series traces a geographical and philosophical journey through one of England’s most distinctive regions.

Northumberland is a land of contrasts—coastal villages and inland moorland, ancient Roman forts and contemporary rural life, open landscapes and intimate moments. This series captures all of these through the lens, revealing how place shapes perception and how travel deepens understanding.
